Wildfirefighting vehicles

Due to changing climate conditions in Northern Europe, wildfires are becoming an increasingly common phenomenon, even in the Netherlands.

Southern Europe has gained years of experience in fighting wildfires. There, vehicles of the CCFM and CCRM type have been a standard part of the local fire department’s wildfire fighting fleet for years.

With their compact composition, low weight and 4×4 drive, these vehicles are extremely maneuverable in forest environments, moorlands and dunelands.
